2007年的一天，邻居邀她一起打麻将打发时间，小芳欣然赴约。刚开始，小芳打得都很小。时间长了，小芳竟迷上了Dubo，整天想着Dubo，也没有心思去找工作了，赌注也越来越大。. n9 e+ P) J( C) n2 ?4 K
不过，小芳的运气似乎不怎么好，十赌九输。没有赌资怎么办？她开始到处借高利贷。“总是想把钱赢回来，把债还掉就不干了。 ”不过，她欠下的赌债像滚雪球一样，越来越大，债主三番五次逼债，让小芳急了。

2008年的一天，她将姐姐家的房产证偷拿了出来，找人做了一个一模一样的假房产证。此后，她又找了一男一女冒充她的姐姐、姐夫。2008年9月，小芳带着“姐姐”、“姐夫”一起来到省城一家投资公司贷款。: k6 D- I8 b. d4 Y3 q
刘某就是这家投资公司的老总。按照刘某的要求，小芳的“姐姐”、“姐夫”签订了抵押协议。第一次，小芳顺利贷到了16万元。刚开始，小芳能按时支付利息，赢得了刘某的信任。此后，小芳又从刘某公司贷到了10万元。11月份，小芳再次向刘某贷款。这时，刘某手上资金周转不开。于是，他找到了朋友许某某，小芳又从许某某那里借了10万元。
& U G( m& `: ]% C, h 但是,小芳在2008年底却突然失踪。这时，刘某等人想到了小芳作抵押的房产证。
, p4 J9 C. x$ y' S {* v& J" Q; A 刘某、许某某拿着房产证到房产局核实，发现抵押的房产证竟是假的。小芳贷款时，刘某、小芳曾带着这本抵押的房产证等资料到省城一家公证处进行了公证，并通过了公证。刘某认为，公证处在没有查明该房产权属证书是否真实就办理公证，其行为有明显过错。, `6 w7 n) w: w# ~. |
小芳失踪后，刘某二人赶紧到庐阳经侦大队报案。不过，小芳突然人间蒸发。& s; Q3 a- T. ]! M! x
今年，庐阳经侦大队调查发现，小芳可能藏匿在浙江。民警与浙江警方联系后得知，小芳潜藏在宁波市江北区的城中村。
5 ?2 H5 P* U) R. L, E8 a 8月中旬，民警赶到宁波，发现小芳在江北区一宾馆内Dubo。 15日上午，小芳被民警抓获。“真是一失足成千古恨啊。”小芳悔恨万分，但已太晚了。
