上海市人民检察院第二分院16日宣布一起网络赌球大案的案情。犯罪嫌疑人王某、吴某等人利用境外DB网站代理账号非法组织DB，下注金额高达5100余万元人民币。目前，相关犯罪嫌疑人已被检察机关以涉嫌开设DC罪批准逮捕。 2 H, w$ x+ S1 [
- Y) H7 }6 p4 h, ]+ r: ~6 b检察机关查明，王某现年42岁，此前在社会上结识境外赌球网站代理商“军军”。在“军军”的指点下，王某成为了赌球网站的二级代理。双方协议王某上交二至三成的代理赌注给“军军”，并根据获利情况给王某1%的回扣。之后，王某拉拢吴某入伙，担任操盘手，协助管理DB投注、开设账号、结账等事宜。

' C* u* f0 m! O; V0 n* Y据了解，境外DB公司在其网站上开出每场比赛的盘口和赔率，即根据他们收集的比赛双方俱乐部的资料，分析两支球队本场比赛的综合差距，以净胜球来赌输赢。代理人就负责招募“会员”，“会员”则通过代理人给的账户名(或账号)和密码登录投注，赛后双方根据比赛结果确定输赢，清算、交割赌资。 % w/ X! D7 B1 x# m I- c

今年5月，南非足球世界杯开赛前夕，王某开始寻找更多的下级代理，张某、刘某随之加入。张某和刘某拿到代理账号后各自发展了十余名会员参与DB。DB的账单一周一结。每周一中午，王某先与下级代理商对账，下午再去与张某、刘某等人结账，晚上则和“军军”或“军军”的代理人结账。

根据统计，今年南非世界杯开赛前后，王某等人非法聚集参赌人员参与赌球，下注金额高达5100余万元人民币。截至案发，王某非法获利人民币20余万，吴某10余万，刘某2万余元，张某7000余元。目前，王某等人已主动坦白犯罪事实，司法机关仍在追捕在逃的犯罪嫌疑人“军军”。 |
