短短3个月时间，温州一个便利店长杨某，竟刮掉了4万多元即刮型彩票。
1 \3 ~$ B6 t$ V 他往往是利用店长职务便利，不支付投注金就刮彩票，还把从公司领取的1.6万多元零钱，也都用于购买彩票了。7 Q. B& o1 }3 u
前天，温州龙湾检察院以涉嫌挪用资金罪，对杨某依法提起公诉。
! O9 K# S% \$ `3 g/ M T/ w 杨某，今年25岁，青海人，大专文化程度。
" }0 o: _# c& n7 @; H F 2007年9月，他应聘进入浙江十足商贸有限公司。2008年4月，提任十足时代店店长，负责门店管理。
3 C, L8 N1 n F3 x 2008年底，便利店开始经营彩票，每当有顾客买彩票中大奖，杨某总羡慕不已。
9 e. H; k) y! y! z% Z+ ?2 ^3 X 想到自己工资不高，眼下生活成本却越来越高，他决定靠彩票“致富”。
: k# Q! _& q8 l 2009年3月，他开始用自己的工资买彩票，然而一直亏。
7 o6 M8 e0 z& z7 N% A- ^ 囊中羞涩的他，为翻本，开始铤而走险。他觉得，可先偷刮公司彩票，一旦能中奖，就能补上投注金了。
4 V. L! D( J- {9 b9 [* T. C 2009年5月中旬，他开始利用职务便利，偷刮公司即刮型彩票。
" A" g! K% c1 V" Q. G 杨某举例，他在店里偷偷拿一本600元的彩票，全部刮开后，中奖却只有200元。这时，他就把这200元打入电脑，作为销售，而亏损的400元，就利用改库存和做假账等手法抹去。
% i' J1 w& v& B- o2 T; C: H8 E 2009年5月中旬至7月初，杨某多次不支付投注金，刮掉了公司即刮型彩票，累计共挪用公司资金4万多元。
0 }& _+ z" Y+ @: A5 B4 ~' ^ 杨某刮掉的这些彩票，大概只中了四五千元。中奖的钱，已全部打入公司电脑作为销售。
% q+ c* ]! g3 M6 u- Z z 另外，同年6月上旬，杨某还私自挪用了公司1.6万多元零钱用于购买彩票，这些钱本是放在他那里保管的区域12个分店备用金。
% e, G2 E1 v8 L) w. z4 ~; A6 i 2009年7月，杨某感到偷刮彩票亏损数越来越大，已无法弥补，于7月8日偷偷逃跑。
1 Z* |1 n" u6 ~0 o- \ 今年1月6日，杨某在青海被警方抓获。
- K' j6 k* l5 b2 ~" F3 U 龙湾法院目前已受理该案，将择日开庭审判。
