利川警方摧毁一“武装”Dubo犯罪团伙

[font=宋体] [/font][p=30, 2, left]晚报讯（记者 李晋升 通讯员 向军）近日，利川市公安局反恐特警、刑侦等诸警种联合出击，成功摧毁一以武力护赌的“武装”Dubo犯罪团伙。截至19日，共抓获聚赌、参赌、护赌人员34人，现场收缴赌资5万余元，缴获仿“六四式”手枪1支、气枪1支、管制刀具20把、警棍1根，刑事拘留2名主要犯罪嫌疑人。[/p][p=30, 2, left]5月11日，利川市公安局反恐特警大队获取信息：在该市元堡乡小地名叫红椿的几处民房内，有近100人以“摇包谷子”猜单双的方式聚众Dubo。该队立即召开紧急会议研究制定抓捕方案。下午1时许，该局集结27名特警队员和7名刑侦民警，便装驱车赶往现场实施抓捕行动。在民房聚赌现场以及后山坡上抓获赌徒33人，收缴气枪1支、管制刀具20把、警棍1根，收缴赌资5万余元以及玉米子、碗等赌具数件。[/p][p=30, 2, left]在抓捕过程中，一参赌人员竟持仿“六四式”手枪朝天开枪，并趁乱逃走。经该局刑侦城区中队民警摸排走访，很快锁定该非法持枪嫌疑人刘某（男，28岁，该市都亭办事处人）。警方连夜组织刑侦、特警、交警、派出所等警力对城区各主要路段及重点区域进行清查抓捕。5月14日，迫于压力的嫌疑人刘某主动来到该局刑侦大队城区中队投案自首，并对犯罪事实供认不讳。[/p][p=30, 2, left]据查，该Dubo犯罪团伙主要由利川、恩施、湖南龙山及重庆万州等地长期聚赌人员组成。自今年正月以来，该团伙在利川市元堡乡瑞平、麻山、花椒坪、红椿等地农户家中，采取以“摇包谷子”猜单双的方式聚众Dubo，付某等组织者从中抽水获利70余万元。为了防止赌徒闹事和“砸场子”等情况发生，该团伙还邀约部分社会闲散人员，购置刀具、警棍、枪支等凶器“看场子”。[/p][p=30, 2, left]目前，涉嫌非法持枪的犯罪嫌疑人刘某和聚众Dubo团伙头目付某已被刑事拘留，刘某所持仿六四式手枪及子弹已被利川警方收缴；案件正在进一步深挖侦办中。[/p] |
