近日，加拿大安大略省彩票公司做出决定，推迟2010年12月31日揭晓的“乐透我最大”一等奖5000万加元奖金的发放。原因是有更多的人声称这笔奖金有自己的一份。目前审核程序尚未完成。据悉，已经有19名来自加拿大贝尔电话公司多伦多士嘉堡客户服务中心的员工声称中奖。新年前夜开奖的“乐透我最大”是安大略省首次一票独得5000万加元头奖奖金。这笔奖金本来在1月4日就能领取，但是彩票公司接到另外一些人的电话，表示参与购彩也有自己的一份，并要求分享部分奖金。为此安大略省彩票公司表示，在发放任何款额的奖金前，必须要完成严格的领奖审核程序。
- u1 }4 i! }8 c+ i: }) d3 B 其实，就在半月前，同样在安大略省，一起历时近3年之久的彩票奖金分配案件刚刚结束。据报道，安大略巴里地区彩民斯瓦沃米尔于2010年12月中旬拿到了与人分享的400万加元彩票奖金。斯瓦沃米尔当时是当地一家钢铁厂的工人。

V 2008年6月，他将一起购彩的几名同事告上了法院，声称自己参与了与这些人每周一次的集体购彩，并于2008年1月16日赢得了乐透2450万加元大奖。当时他正在波兰度假。但是当他回到加拿大国内后，发现分享奖金的人中竟然没有他。当地警方调查后发现，在购彩者提交给安大略彩票公司的中奖名单上，有两个人的名字被涂抹。由于争议的存在，奖金中的400万加元以及利息一直都被放在安大略省法院的一个账户中。后法院判决斯瓦沃米尔胜诉，他最终领到了迟到3年的彩票奖金。“我很高兴终于结束了，我可以继续我的生活。”他说。在这3年里，斯瓦沃米尔因为官司失去了自己的工作。, ~1 R; R7 f( y* D4 @
对此，加拿大独立商业联合会法制办工作人员丹·凯利表示，在这样的彩票纠纷中，往往整个购彩团体的雇主声誉会受到很大的影响，并且会影响一起购彩同事的感情。' x5 |! `% n7 k" D p
“问题是你不知道什么时候这样的事情会发生。人们都不希望在工作场所有这样的纠纷产生。”为此安大略彩票管理局发言人唐·皮斯特强调，最好以书面的形式订立一份协议以避免类似冲突的产生。他说：“每张彩票都有一个相同的获奖机会，但是最好在购彩团队中签订一份书面协议。因为或许这份协议就意味着几千万加元的分配。虽然彩票是有趣的，但是人们应该认真地对待。” |
