短短3个月时间，温州一个便利店长杨某，竟刮掉了4万多元即刮型彩票。

前天，温州龙湾检察院以涉嫌挪用资金罪，对杨某依法提起公诉。

9 B' H' R" I$ O4 p' D4 r$ e 2007年9月，他应聘进入浙江十足商贸有限公司。2008年4月，提任十足时代店店长，负责门店管理。' i/ e5 Y) D1 h$ t- k' [
2008年底，便利店开始经营彩票，每当有顾客买彩票中大奖，杨某总羡慕不已。' F% Y/ a3 `3 K. {5 t
想到自己工资不高，眼下生活成本却越来越高，他决定靠彩票“致富”。
" @6 L( ^+ g/ R ^) U8 | 2009年3月，他开始用自己的工资买彩票，然而一直亏。
5 d: B& r/ p, G( P& F; W 囊中羞涩的他，为翻本，开始铤而走险。他觉得，可先偷刮公司彩票，一旦能中奖，就能补上投注金了。5 b. p" D$ U* M# R \9 j; B9 Q( ?
2009年5月中旬，他开始利用职务便利，偷刮公司即刮型彩票。" [" \; Z. q" F6 E
杨某举例，他在店里偷偷拿一本600元的彩票，全部刮开后，中奖却只有200元。这时，他就把这200元打入电脑，作为销售，而亏损的400元，就利用改库存和做假账等手法抹去。
# o% h# u. M& {% V' U 2009年5月中旬至7月初，杨某多次不支付投注金，刮掉了公司即刮型彩票，累计共挪用公司资金4万多元。; w9 d% c5 ~# c ?; w
杨某刮掉的这些彩票，大概只中了四五千元。中奖的钱，已全部打入公司电脑作为销售。% W% p. j; a6 `' X$ P9 @' I
另外，同年6月上旬，杨某还私自挪用了公司1.6万多元零钱用于购买彩票，这些钱本是放在他那里保管的区域12个分店备用金。/ Y& U* C6 ^' q- E: Y0 r- i
2009年7月，杨某感到偷刮彩票亏损数越来越大，已无法弥补，于7月8日偷偷逃跑。1 @4 z& q6 N- {( b1 @: m
今年1月6日，杨某在青海被警方抓获。' @! q6 |7 l+ D4 a
龙湾法院目前已受理该案，将择日开庭审判。
