面对大面积的负面，，论坛的处理却是设置门槛不给发纠纷贴，知道你要投诉，就是不给通过认证，一律把投诉的会员视为高风险（这跟公司不出款的各种理由何其相似呀）4 f. t" k6 j4 [" ]

的确，5360客服在会员咨询期间没及时上线为大家处理事务是不对的。。期间论坛也发表了风险公告，但后面还是上线回复大家了。。0 x7 j" p# ~ e, _, s

论坛从未故意设置门槛让会员不通过认证，至开通天策认证以来，经常提醒会员做相关认证。4 g8 Q8 C1 E" G- S
