[i] [/i]据台湾《天朝时报》报道，台湾在线博弈游戏流行，从麻将到德州扑克，网友想玩什么都有，这些在现实中被视为违法的DB，在网络世界虽以虚拟金币交易，但业者抽头“水费”及收取金币过户手续费，加上金币需以现金买卖，简直与一般DC无异，警方估计，这种“赌资”全台每月高达上亿元，却无法可管，警方也感忧心忡忡。

5 m2 T8 M- z& Z 一位罗姓玩家私下指出，目前网络上的DB游戏，可分成两类，一种是纯粹的DB网站，由上线招揽下线参与DB，并给予一定的额度，每周以现金结帐，参与的人数较少，赌金较高，每周动则数千万元，这类网站大多架设在海外，以逃避警方的查缉。 0 F' j) L, c, r

另一种则是一些知名在线游戏业者，在网络推出各种博弈游戏，玩家指出，这些业者在超商或网站上，公开贩售约一比一百的虚拟金币，让网友上网对赌，但这些金币，却可私下交易变成现金，甚至有许多网站收购，再以四到五折价格转卖图利。 8 e3 E0 J2 X) e7 ?
玩家不讳言地说，这些博弈游戏，说穿了都与DB无异，因为业者不但会收取赢得金额的百分之十五佣金，连在虚拟银行转帐金币给别人时，还得收取百分之十的手续费，简直比现实中的DC还狠。

/ r' y2 P0 m0 f- N% B 由于这类游戏网站参与的人数极多，其中大多是年轻学子，赌资和影响力都极大，有网友现身说法表示，起初他只是消磨时间玩玩，但后来知道可以将赢来的金币换成现金后，就不可自拔地越玩越大、越玩越久，一天的输赢达数万元。有网友表示，这类博弈游戏，还是输的机率较高，有不少集团靠此图利，除了长时间挂在在线赢取奖金外，作弊合伙坑杀网友的事件，更是时有所闻，防不胜防，而多数网友经常是怎么打都输，向业者反应也是不了了之，还要被业者抽佣，简直没有道理。 O, ?+ M1 O' B/ o7 p
警方表示，这类游戏因业者没有现金往来，都归为网友私下行为，所以在法条上的确很难认定是DB罪，予以侦办移送。
