Cloutier专攻锦标赛扑克，尤其是无限注和底池限注德州扑克。他是WSOP历史上唯一一个曾获得3种类型的奥马哈比赛的选手—底池限注奥马哈高、限注高和限注8-or-Better高/低split。在他的职业生涯中，曾获得6条WSOP金手镯。除此之外还有许多其他各种不同扑克游戏的冠军头衔。
