滁州一Dubo团伙在DC周围数公里范围内设明岗暗哨20多处，有四处赌点，且每天临时决定Dubo地点。为了打掉这一组织严密的团伙，民警乔装捕蛇村民进行侦查。近日，滁州警方一举将隐藏山林间的该聚众Dubo窝点捣毁。

通过前期摸排，警方发现该Dubo团伙组织严密，且Dubo地点多变，于是决定乔装接近目标。民警从农户手中借来破旧棉袄棉裤、铁锹和蛇皮口袋等工具，化装成捕蛇的村民，在晚上23时许秘密接近Dubo地点，侦查情况。- w! S1 M$ V- ~* B
经过多日的侦查，警方发现，该Dubo团伙由江苏籍人员组织，DC内组织严密，分工明确，参赌人员多为江苏淮安籍、我省巢湖籍人员。每日上午8时至11时30分、下午13时至17时、晚上18时至23时组织Dubo。Dubo地点也经常变化，共设四处赌点，每天的Dubo点由组织者临时决定，并在DC周围方圆数公里范围内设有明岗、暗岗和摩托车流动哨20余处。每次参赌人员多达七八十人，赌资巨大。

警方发现，该Dubo团伙在傍晚Dubo前警惕性较低，而且DC周围山林茂密，树叶的响动不利于抓捕人员接近DC，适合在雨雪天气展开抓捕行动。- u9 Y5 C3 `+ U
警方通过天气预报得知，滁州市在2010年12月12日至15日前后有雨雪天气，遂决定将抓捕行动定在这段时间内。12月14日，一场盼望已久的雨雪终于到来。当天上午，2名民警化装成捕蛇的村民，先期潜伏到距离DC约2公里处的一座小山上，摸清当晚岗哨人员的放岗情况。
7 R3 {' o) ]$ | 当晚5点半，抓捕行动正式开始，23名民警乘坐伪装的箱式货车，潜入DC附近的山林。当晚8点10分，DC周边的无线电和手机信号被屏蔽，23名民警立即冲出，直扑DC所在的民宅，成功将DC内的51名涉赌人员全部抓获，当场收缴赌资40余万元。 |
