比推消息， Ripple 全球合作负责人 Luke Judges 表示，XRP Ledger（XRPL）若想在新一轮 Layer1 竞争中保持优势，仅靠技术实力不足，亟需在执行速度、开发者体验与市场策略方面向 Solana 学习。他指出，Solana 的吸引力来自“实用工程与快速落地”，而非协议设计本身。
Judges 曾在 Solana 生态运营超过 3000 万美元规模的验证者节点，他认为，L1 网络的成功往往由“务实与速度”驱动，而非理论技术领先。他强调，XRPL 在推进智能合约、提升可编程性等方面取得进展，但技术迭代必须配合明确的 go-to-market 策略，才能真正转化为竞争优势。
对此，Ripple 首席技术官 David Schwartz 给出不同观点。他表示，XRPL 的核心优势在于可靠性、稳定性和机构级表现，优于追求极高吞吐量但稳定性欠佳的链。他认为 XRPL 的一致性与高可用性比“盲目追求速度”更适合真实金融应用。
Judges 也强调开发者工具、文档与入驻流程的重要性，并指出验证者激励与去中心化风险是 L1 持续发展的关键；Solana 当前验证者数量下降的现象对 XRPL 具有警示意义。
