: P/ Y- |8 k$ \( S 2011年广东省福利彩票工作会议昨天召开。记者从会议上了解到，去年全省共销售福利彩票113.55亿元，销售总量名列全国第一，并为天朝福利彩票事业率先掀开了单省年销量突破百亿元的崭新一页，实现了销量增长、运行安全的双丰收。全年筹集福利彩票公益金35亿元，其中上缴中央17.5亿元，省内留成17.5亿元，向地税代缴中奖个人所得税近3亿元，中出百万以上大奖180个。

8 _; a Z8 n' S, f' m 去年，广东福利彩票坚持福利彩票“扶老、助残、救孤、济困、赈灾”的发行宗旨，坚持“安全运行，健康发展”的工作方针，通过创新彩票品种、扩大销售渠道、加大营销宣传，彩票销量实现跨越增长;去年，全省共销售福利彩票113.55亿元，比2009年增长了30.16亿元，增幅36.16%，实现了高位上的高增长，全省21个地市福利彩票年销量首次全部突破亿元。深圳、广州、东莞蝉联了前三甲。由于广东福彩销量实现跨越发展，民政部授予省民政厅组织管理特等奖，授予广东省福彩中心销售总量第一名奖、销售进步特等奖、发展贡献特等奖、人均销量三等奖。

记者还从会议上获悉，以“公益、慈善、健康、快乐、创新”主题的福彩文化建设将成为广东福利彩票 “十二五”期间工作重点。此次会议上，省民政厅刘洪厅长要求全省福利彩票继续以开拓创新为抓手，重点加强彩票玩法结构、机制体制、发展观念上的创新，要求全省各级民政部门和福彩机构，巩固发展福以“公益、慈善、健康、快乐、创新”为主题的福彩文化。& d1 N" b8 \1 {$ a9 O r
据了解，2011年，广东福利彩票将继续坚持公益先行的营销策略，创新福彩宣传模式，省福彩中心将继续安排200万元资金开展广东大学生“福彩公益奖”评选活动，并举办大型福彩公益活动，弘扬福彩公益理念，营造健康文明的福彩文化。' g6 `" }* \) W6 w& S3 D

, O9 `# |( \' [; c6 [! |# U. W 会上，省民政厅对全省福利彩票工作先进单位进行了表彰，广州、佛山、惠州、东莞、中山、江门、茂名等20个市民政局获省民政厅颁发的组织领导奖，东莞、佛山、惠州、中山、阳江、珠海、茂名、肇庆、清远、汕尾等20个市福彩中心获综合奖，汕尾、惠州、茂名、河源、阳江等17个市福彩中心获市场开拓奖，阳江、河源、揭阳等15个市福彩中心获销售进步奖，深圳市福利彩票发行中心获特别贡献奖。部分市福利彩票发行中心主任被评为福彩工作先进个人。 |
