9月25日上午，湖南体彩“幸运赛车”游戏上市一周年庆典暨新玩法推介会在长沙市隆重举行。省财政厅、省体育局、省体彩中心相关领导出席会议。会议由湖南省体彩中心书记龚智超主持，省体彩中心主任李晖对“幸运赛车”一周年来的发展情况和新玩法进行了介绍，并宣布“组选前二”和“组选前三”两大新玩法将于9月26日起正式上市。湖南省体育局副局长杨再辉出席会议并发表重要讲话，对“幸运赛车”游戏的社会作用予以了充分肯定。会议还邀请了省内各大媒体代表、部分优秀业主、彩民代表，共同庆祝“幸运赛车”上市一周年暨新玩法隆重上市。

为了顺应市场的需要，经财政部批准，幸运赛车游戏新增两大主流玩法，“组选前二”和“组选前三”，新玩法将更简单，更容易中奖，带给彩民朋友更好的娱乐感受。彩民朋友对此也期待已久，据业内人士分析，新玩法的上市将使湖南体彩迈上一个新的台阶。
+ r: W1 j$ g i2 P 为庆祝“幸运赛车”游戏上市一周年，湖南体彩从8月6日起推出了“800万元大派彩”活动，截至9月22日活动结束，累计为彩民朋友送出8201274 元加奖奖金。新玩法上市之际，湖南体彩又隆重推出“0元购票新体验” 活动，通过潇湘晨报9月24日、25日头版广告向社会投放“幸运赛车游戏体验券”，读者持该券可以于10月7日前全省任意一家体彩赛车网点免费购买等值的“幸运赛车”游戏彩票。
