如今，无论是彩站还是普通商户，在汶川县城内租赁店门可谓颇具难度。周边环境良好、人流量较大的中心街区租金之高，令许多小本经营者望而却步。而郊区的许多房舍当下多被列为重建区域，甚至连房东本人都对房舍将何时被拆除都说不清楚。+ ^" c, c9 Y' P; n+ I" M
“我曾经用于经营彩站的店面就被划入了重建区，外加找不到过渡的房舍，所以我只得做起了临时销售员，为曾经同为站主的同乡打工。”高女士感慨道。 |
