6000亿的博彩金，正好是我国国内公益彩票的10倍，如果这笔支出能控制在境内的话，不仅可以10倍以上地增加公益金，而且也会解决很多简单劳动者的就业。更何况，民间的Dubo从来没有真正杜绝过，如果有明渠，暗道自然就没有了，因此产生的黑势力也自然没有了市场。人大为啥没有这样的提案呢？ |
