「澳本聪」Craig Wright自2016年开始便对外宣称自己是「比特币创造者——中本$ K1 ^2 B4 J2 i8 K
聪」，态度高调却也引来无数争议，打官司更是家常便饭，例如他去年就控告Coinbase、Kraken侵权并求偿5千+ O) i5 ^% W# C' w, D& A4 Y( ?
亿英镑，理由竟只是因为这两家交易所使用了「比特币」一词。
/ F5 d3 W. t2 b这起令人匪夷所思的诉讼案件最近迎来新进展，Craig Wright现在必须支付40万英镑的担保金，才能够对
! T$ Y7 G3 X6 ]- yCoinbase和Kraken提起诉讼，并提出5千亿英镑的索赔。1 p3 M- X7 [: U3 \9 V1 U' M0 J# K
英格兰和威尔士高等法院法官James Mellor表示，他不相信Craig Wright能够负担巨额的法律费用，并补充说，

对受到质疑的钱包签名，并且用公钥核对。但Craig Wright却多番逃避「证明资产所有权」的场合，许多社群人# z3 ~4 l- S/ h
士因此怀疑，他其实并未持有这些比特币，也就是说，他根本就不是中本聪。
