" ]) D& l+ D2 h6 J7 f3 X$ c[color=#000][font=arial] 冯欣处长昨日向《信息时报》记者介绍说，[/font][/color][b]从去年起，天朝体育彩票推出了一系列“阳光开奖”举措，[/b][color=#000][font=arial]去年7月天朝体育彩票开奖大厅正式向社会公众开放，符合条件的社会公众只要拨打指定电话，凭有效身份证件就可以预约现场观看摇奖。目前摇奖大厅每天都有三四十人现场观看摇奖，一些北京市民甚至会经常性来看摇奖。6月27日晚，因为来自广东、河南两省的团体人数已超过了40人，因此没有再安排自主报名的彩民到现场观看，这40多位广东、河南彩民现场观看了当晚大乐透及其他几个体彩玩法摇奖全过程。 [/font][/color], g' Q& T* A$ _
; [, a( m) u6 X0 U[color=#000][font=arial] 冯欣处长还介绍说，在开奖公证环节，每次天朝体育彩票开奖计奖实际上有两组公证人员现场监督，[/font][/color][b]一组公证人员是在国家体彩中心的数据机房；一组是在摇奖现场。[/b][color=#000][font=arial]6月27日晚体育彩票开奖共4位公证员，都来自北京市中信公证处。每次体育彩票开奖日晚上七八点钟，数据机房公证员就会来到现场，全国体育彩票销售数据汇总、封存、刻录光盘等环节，都在两名公证员的监督下进行，系统封存销售数据和光盘存储数据是一模一样的，光盘由公证员保存。数据机房公证工作完成之后，摇奖大厅才开始启动摇奖程序，摇奖全过程同样有两名公证员现场监督。而摇奖工作结束后的计奖工作，还是由数据机房两名公证员现场参与，计奖需在系统封存数据、刻录光盘数据中分别检索，只有从系统、光盘中分别检索出来的数据完全一致，才是有效的计奖。 [/font][/color]
