3 Y, c; V& O4 J M6 c; b4 C我是论坛的老潜水员。虽然没有注册，但对论坛里的评级还是很信任的。6日晚上我看到鸿运国际一上榜就在B级，而且列在6月论坛推荐里，以为这一定是个实力雄厚，有信誉的大公司。就存了25000，拿了他的开户红利5000元。没想到做梦都想不到的事情发生了。请看我给他们网站的申诉邮件：

/ }& c! s2 e" \( d今天早上又准备进行游戏时，发现超级百家乐不能玩，提示说代理没有设置限红。我没在意，就在传统百家乐玩，又赢了1万1千多。想想还是超级百家乐玩的过瘾些，就找在线客服投诉。客服居然告诉我说：经过安全部门查询，您的账户为同一IP段重复开户，故我们怀疑您涉嫌违规操作或对本公司进行欺诈行为。为保障用户及本公司权益，防止侵害，我们决定对上述鸿运账户采取暂时冻结的处理措施，我们会在3-5个工作日为您审核完毕。 ' J8 Z' H6 @1 q, I% ]

有没有同IP段的开户我不知道，但玩百家乐是靠运气和判断的，你们可以查查我的下注，从200到10000，几个小时就为了欺诈你们5000块钱？还有，既然说对我的账户采取暂时冻结措施，又为什么我还能在别的场玩？你们这么大的公司不会输不起吧？希望你们认真查清楚这件事，给我一个明确的说法。
$ R i r9 W. o9 j& U我有几个问题想不明白：1、重复开户。他说我重复开户，我不知道同IP段有没有人跟我一样开户，即使有，重复开户对他们公司有什么损失？是也要了开户红利吗？2、说我欺诈。我要欺诈他这5000块钱，找个其他网站把这30000块一把输出去就行了，还要花2天时间才打到20万的流水？（要求打到45万才能提款）3、说我违规操作，我不明白什么意思。反正我从来没有庄闲同时下注，怎么个违规法？4、说暂时冻结我的账户，可是客户端照样能登陆，只是不能玩超级百家乐，传统百家乐还是可以正常玩。7 d" b. U$ I/ b4 C6 g3 t9 n
