4月8日凌晨2时，万宁边防支队抽调40余名警力连夜奔袭，成功捣毁万宁市和乐镇一特大流动性“牌九”Dubo窝点，当场抓获涉赌人员39名，缴获赌资21万余元、赌具“牌九”4副，扣押参赌人员小轿车3辆、皮卡车1辆、摩托车10辆。

0 e1 K9 B2 Q }8 S8 i$ O 3月26日，万宁边防支队接到群众举报，称在和乐镇镇墟周边村庄，有一个特大流动性“牌九”Dubo窝点，不仅参赌人员众多，且赌资数额巨大。万宁边防支队立即布置警力对线索进行分析调查，经过八天的摸排，边防民警发现这个DC是由一伙社会无业人员组织开设，且具有极强的反侦查能力，Dubo窝点多选择在地理位置偏远的和乐镇镇墟周边的农民家中，环境十分隐蔽；为保证不被发现，DC每隔两三天都会“挪窝儿”，沿途设有专门的岗哨，只要一有风吹草动，赌徒们就立马四处逃散。万宁市公安局长张兆腾表示，势必打掉这个流动Dubo窝点。

4月7日晚20时许，万宁边防支队收到群众线索，显示该Dubo窝点预备开局设赌。得知这一消息后，万宁边防支队迅速做好行动准备。晚12时许，万宁市公安局长张兆腾亲自带领边防支队韩琳光政委、市公安局吴毓波副局长、边防支队刘雄参谋长赶赴一线坐镇指挥，同时抽调边防支队40余名警力迅速出击，兵分两路从市区秘密奔袭至和乐镇。为确保抓捕行动万无一失，奔袭过程中，两路人马并没有直接由大路进入和乐地区，而是从镇子周边偏僻小路悄悄行进，一张为赌徒们织好的大网很快张开了。: _5 S: h9 @4 f. n% v- n: J
0 F5 x- m3 v; ] 正当一切具备之时，前方侦查人员发来报告，该Dubo窝点警惕性极高，DC在大路设置放哨人员的同时，在赌点的小路口都设置了放哨人员，大规模警力极易被发现。为了不打草惊蛇，边防民警下车徒步前往，悄悄将DC包围。凌晨1时55分，到达该Dubo窝点的附近。随着一声令下，40多名干警如离弦之箭冲入屋内，“不准动！”从天而降的民警让赌徒们成了惊弓之鸟，房间内的涉赌人员也都惊慌失措，到处逃窜躲藏，赌资散落一地。民警仅用时十来秒便将场面控制住，当场抓获参赌人员39人，缴获赌资21万多元，查获赌具“牌九”四副，扣押小轿车3辆、皮卡车1辆、摩托车10辆。
