男子用多张信用卡疯狂套现15万用在网络Dubo上

先后从5家银行为自己办理了信用卡，随后又使用母亲和女友的信用卡，一男子疯狂套取本金15万元，其中绝大部分被他挥霍在了网络Dubo上。8日，太原市公安局杏花岭分局通报了这起信用卡诈骗案，犯罪嫌疑人孔某已被刑事拘留。& y' @$ ~* D7 ?) d% C5 \
0 ~* V" X" T6 c i0 O/ W9 d5 S 3月7日，太原市公安局杏花岭分局经侦大队接到某银行太原市分行工作人员报案称，一名孔姓男子在该银行办理的两张信用卡先后恶意透支本金4.48万余元，加上利息和滞纳金，共计欠款5.5万余元。信用卡最后还款时间为去年8月28日，从去年10月起，银行曾经多次对其催收，但其始终未能还款。, D( `9 N& O' X3 y
7 R! f2 C, v* V$ P7 I 杏花岭警方立即对该案立案侦查，犯罪嫌疑人孔某被抓获后，对其犯罪事实供认不讳。孔某称，自己在2007年12月办理了第一张信用卡，银行根据该卡的使用情况，在2008年12月又为其发放了白金信用卡，沉迷于网络Dubo的孔某，便经常通过信用卡透支用于网上支付。他还使用其母亲冯某和女友程某的身份证信息，分别在5家银行办理了信用卡，疯狂地刷卡、套现，共计透支约15万元。/ ]$ J5 ~2 T' v- E/ U. s: `* t2 _

由于没有偿还能力，孔某眼看着欠款的窟窿越来越大，始终未能还上银行的欠款。% Z9 o5 R( n: [8 g- h

不仅如此，他还帮助亲朋好友提供虚假工作资料和收入证明，代办信用卡并从中赚取手续费。他通过太原市五一路某金融担保公司，共同为申办人提供虚假工作单位和年收入证明。孔某事先告诉申办人资料中填写的假工作单位和个人信息，并保证可以顺利通过银行电话审核环节，每张按信用卡额度收取15%的手续费，其中担保公司收取10%。之后，孔某便开始在担保公司和信用卡申请人之间当起了"黑中介"，多次采取同样方式为他人办理了不同银行的信用卡。 |
