/ C' S6 z; j0 b; J8 o& D 本报讯 11月9日，海口市民陈先生拨打本报热线反映，海口东站东北侧的一条小巷里，有多家店铺公开销售用于Dubo的老虎机、水果机、啤酒机等。海南特区报记者调查发现，陈先生反映的情况属实。陈先生希望有关部门对这种公开销售Dubo机的现象进行管理。3 T7 _5 H/ f3 i* @; U5 o# h1 z

陈先生说，他的孩子以前很喜欢玩水果机，刚开始他还以为是简单的游戏机，后来才知道孩子玩的是可以输钱和赢钱的Dubo机器。
0 e, _1 v* V7 M9 _: |& v3 _: v 陈先生称，因为孩子的缘故，他对水果机之类的Dubo机器深恶痛绝。不久前，他发现海口东站东北侧的一条巷子里十多家相连的店铺都在公开销售Dubo机。 7 O7 m1 y9 D# D+ q
11月10日下午，记者根据陈先生的指引，来到东站东北侧的一条巷子里。记者看到，巷子里一家挨一家的店铺里面全部摆着大小不一的老虎机、水果机、啤酒机等，一共有十多家。" K: C8 P& M2 n
在一些店铺所发的名片上，这条专卖Dubo机的巷子的地址被称为“海府路140号”、“海府路141-1”等。在一家名叫××科技的店铺前挂着一块写字板，上面写着“店内有各类水果机、啤酒机出售”的信息及标价。隔壁店铺里，两名员工不停地安装、调试Dubo机；店铺门口有一个买主在旁边不停地指点，要求他们组装后该达到什么标准。9 ]8 e6 U5 l. y- ^% p" u5 @' o4 S! `

“赔率随便调，肯定能赚钱”

随后，记者以买主的身份，进入多家店铺了解。在一家名为××电子的店铺里，两名年轻男子十分热情地向记者介绍各种Dubo机。他们介绍，Dubo机的赔率可以随便调，想调多少就调多少。“你摆这种机子肯定能赚钱，就看赚多赚少的问题。”他们说。
3 ^8 D9 z1 C, R9 ` d! S 记者仔细数了一下，在这些店铺里面，最小的店铺里摆有六七台Dubo机，多的则有数十台。在这条巷子靠里面的一个店铺内，有十多台崭新的Dubo机。
/ O7 a) S# o8 X 在这家名为××电子的店铺里，记者假称要买10台Dubo机，店铺老板说每台可以优惠10块钱，多买的话还能再优惠。

* `+ l- q8 u% |+ l' m& G9 q 该店铺老板向记者极力推荐一款型号为“雪豹”的水果机，机上画着一头雪豹。老板告诉记者，这种机子售价为400元一台。- j6 L" U) w" y4 u7 K
记者在多家店铺内都看到了这款型号为“雪豹”的水果机。多家店铺的老板均表示，“雪豹”水果机比较好卖，玩的人多。除了“雪豹”，还有“狼二”、“东北虎”等各式各样Dubo机。这些Dubo机一般每台卖400-800元。机器价格高低，主要取决于机器的主板等。“我们这里的Dubo机销往全省各个市县，机器坏了我们负责维修，你就放心买吧。”一家店铺的老板说。) l! l/ m7 O7 O1 G8 e
记者注意到，部分店铺有工商营业执照，其经营范围为“销售电子产品、家电和维修”等，但主要业务都是销售和维修老虎机、水果机、啤酒机等Dubo机。 |
