亚洲娱乐资源昨宣布，该公司普通股及认股证已于美国纳斯达克环球股票市场挂牌。出席记者会的包括亚洲娱乐资源主席林文宝、董事兼行政总裁梁硕鸿、董事兼财务总监李振明、董事及营运总裁黄汉权、独立董事金百乐、顾问方伟立。, g K* k- {9 i* ]& z

梁硕鸿表示，该公司2月与美国的特别私募基金CS China合并后，经过5个月努力，7月2日挂牌上市。该公司目前在澳门的星际酒店、美高梅酒店有中介业务，营运模式是直接与博企签约，公司主席与主要股东在澳门经营中介业务已超过二十年。

李振明指出，首7月公司转码额达到51亿美元；上半年转码额比去年同期增160%。去年全澳贵宾厅业务占赌收近67%，今年首七月已跃升至70%。梁硕鸿指出，有报道谈到博企改变策略，更重视贵宾厅业务，认同市场预测全年赌收可达1,700亿，故对中介人业务乐观。有券商指八月首两周赌收再有高增长，他不作评论，认为澳门博彩市场会不断成长。6 k7 ~& i' G+ }( [

澳门博彩业快速增长，主要受惠内地经济高速增长刺激居民出外消费。另外，澳门持续推广旅游，吸引更多旅客来澳，博彩业高增长也推动本地生产总值高速发展。

年前澳门高赌收，自由行被收紧，今年赌收再创新高，内地会否再有措施出台？黄汉权认为，自由行政策收紧是为了让博彩业持续健康发展，过去两年该公司业务持续增长，○八、○九年分别增长42%、18%，反映澳门博彩业健康发展。
