[color=#232323][font=宋体] 台湾一名涂姓男子7年前侵吞公款4694万元(新台币，下同)后潜逃，法院重判他4年8月。不料该男子出逃后，经常委托张姓好友代买彩券，2009年7月他竟中了9.2亿元彩票，张某却带着妻子盗领税后的7.4亿元彩金。涂某愤而冒险回台提告，去年10月法院认定他是真正得主，张姓夫妇被判刑定谳。[/font][/color]

: @# d8 t6 |: H# X) e% h' c 据了解，涂男在原公司服务长达18年，是该公司草创时期就从基层做起的“老臣”，一路做到经理，并担任公司对外代理发言人，深受重用。但涂男却利用公司对他的信任，趁为公司购买邮政礼券时侵吞公款，因此让公司深恶痛绝。
7 ? o3 I2 f5 B6 ?% S, O 涂男购买巨额邮政礼券时，曾遭下属提出质疑，当时涂男竟以高级主管姿态向下属谎称：“礼券是上级长官要用，有特殊用途，需机密处理，不要过问。”甚至伪造公司副总经理的授权电邮，让下属不敢追问。因此涂男恶行曝光后，该公司认为涂男背信忘恩，迅速提起民、刑事告诉。
! @- k, V# s( o/ _ 2009年，涂男与老友张姓男子爆发头彩彩金争夺战，双方闹进法院，这时涂男原服务公司高层经由媒体相关报道，辨识出侵吞公款的涂男竟是9.2亿元彩金得主，吓了一大跳，连忙向法院声请假处分，以确保涂男头彩入袋后会还钱。1 ?+ o6 |6 w" M5 v) e* _5 z7 C1 n
过去两年来，涂男具双重身份，一方面是侵占公款案被告，一方面又是彩券案提告人，且巧合的是两案上诉到高雄高分院后，竟由同一个合议庭审理。由于涂男侵占公款案一审即遭重判，上诉二审到高分院后，他数度提议愿归还侵吞款项与公司和解，希望藉此获得轻判，但其原公司坚持追究到底，拒绝和解，不愿撤告，所以案子仍由台湾“最高法院”审理中。[/font][/color] |
