台湾运动彩票(微博)主管监守自盗事件被披露后，当地舆论指出，如果不是员工向媒体爆料，社会大众迄今仍被蒙在鼓里，涉案一干人等则逍遥法外，受影响的中奖人也无法获得合理补偿。面对这桩台湾彩票发行以来最大弊案，人们不禁要问：到底是什么原因引发了这样的惊天丑闻？5 J- a( C5 @( ]' a |- P+ s

其次，蓄意欺瞒隐匿弊案。台“体委会”综合计划处长何金梁指出，九月初即有经销商检举运彩内部有舞弊情事，他请翟小璧到体委会说明，对方却否认有舞弊。如今媒体报导指证历历，显然翟小璧“蓄意欺瞒”，问题非常严重。

毫无疑问，经营金融业或发行彩券，讲求的就是诚信。这次富邦金处理子公司运彩科技主管监守自盗案，先是反应迟钝，后来欲盖弥彰，为金融业做了最坏的示范。
