1964年出生的无锡人陈某某上世纪80年代毕业于无锡市一重点中学，并以优异的成绩考入浙江某名牌大学。陈某某本应是人们眼中艳羡的“天之骄子”，可不甘平庸的他在大学毕业后陷入工作迷途，并一步步滑入人生的歧路。起初，陈某某在大学毕业后，被分配到无锡市某国有企业，有着一份令人羡慕的工作，但他不甘平庸，辞了工作“下海”经商。不料生意失败，此后工作始终不稳定，无奈之下，陈某某开始个体经营净水机生意。
* N3 r3 Z4 j/ l* d1 A5 p对人生颇感失意的陈某某最后寄情于足球彩票，幻想有朝一日高中巨额大奖就可生活无忧了。为了这个“发财”大计，陈某某每个月的收入除了用于生活开支外，基本全部用来购买彩票。日子久了，沉溺于彩票的陈某某一发不可收拾，投注额由原来每月几百元变成上万元，因为自己经济日渐窘迫，他开始向亲戚、朋友借钱买彩票，欠债越来越多，最后高达20多万元。

+ ~% J! q( B" U7 K自己幻想的巨额大奖总是遥遥无期，而外债却越借越多，自感走投无路的陈某某最终将罪恶之手伸向了6旬独居老太夏某。2010年11月的一个晚上，陈某某以修理净水机为名进入夏某的住处，并向夏某借钱，夏某不肯并赶他走。恼羞成怒的陈某某就用砖块击打夏某头部、尖刀刺戳其身体、徒手卡扼其颈部和绳索猛勒脖子等方法将夏某残忍杀害，劫得金项链、金戒指及手机等财物逃离现场。: `' V+ E4 \4 P6 n* a' _& d" k
法院经审理查明，被告人陈某某以非法占有为目的，以欺骗方式非法进入被害人夏某家中，采用杀害被害人的暴力手段劫取钱财，并造成致一人死亡的严重后果，其行为已构成抢劫罪。法院一审判处陈某某死刑，剥夺ZZ权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产。 |
