$ i/ m7 b/ t# D; B j 【本报消息】近月全球赌业风雨飘摇，博企频频“扑水”显见市场信心动摇。评级机构穆迪将未来十二至十八个月的亚太区博彩业评级展望为“负面”，更指澳门博彩业前景最暗澹，因内地收紧自由行，加上同行竞争激烈，令部分博彩公司毛利及现金流受压。& L1 Q- Z) P h* w# r5 C
出乎意料的是，有境外媒体透露，十月澳门赌收或将达89亿，虽较去年同期的92.2亿倒退3.5%，是连续第二个月下跌，但却在九月赌收70.8亿的基础上大幅反弹25.7%。对此，ZF有关方面暂未作评论。6 I& M8 t# j/ f/ k( B
本地学者认为，倘自由行政策不再收紧，全年最差表现已在九月反映。但受到内外经济气候转差，今年首八月的高峰期恐难再现。

统计局公佈九月赌收为70.8亿，率先拉开环比负增长0.8%的序幕。正当市场预期十月赌收会在70亿水平徘徊时，有消息透露，十月赌收会较九月大涨25.7%至89亿。. `. f5 v5 j. i- h& i& v
理工社会经济研究所教授曾忠禄认为，九月起港澳游分家，娱乐城、中介人等尚未适应。十月赌收倘大幅回升，相信因各方已找到适应市场变化的方法，克服障碍。但即使未来赌收回升，也不会再像过去般高。一方面是全球经济转差，另一方面是内地经济放缓，地产、股市缩水，大赌客也减少；再者，珠三角企业倒闭也影响广东旅客来澳意慾。
( i7 m0 b5 q# b/ h6 t 曾忠禄表示，首八月赌收大幅增长，引起内地关注资金外流，影响内地投资与消费。同时，病态赌徒增加亦冲击社会。最近一两年，内地对境外Dubo关注不断增加，因负面讯息屡传，未来应加强防治病态赌徒。博彩企业亦应在新形势下作出调整，再按过去的发展模式，可能又会引来更多收紧措施。博企应侧重“休閒娱乐”，不宜再强调贵宾厅荣景，毕竟博彩业发展不是“双赢”，对内要加强成本管理。8 g$ [2 H" o$ b2 h ?% J" y

穆迪最新报告指，亚太区博彩业运营压力与日俱增，主要因为宏观经济放缓导致可自由支配开支减少、监管法规的变化，以及个别市场竞争激烈，令受评级博彩公司在管理大型收购或资本支出方面面临挑战。: S) e# l* L* @; d/ U
报告指，由于内地收紧自由行政策，加上本地竞争激烈，澳门博彩业者正面临最严峻的前景。此外，台湾、泰国、越南及日本博彩业逐步开放，新加坡、菲律宾和印尼的大型综合娱乐城即将在二○一○年陆续开幕，均带来潜在竞争。但仍未对澳门、澳洲或马来西亚带来即时威胁，因为新博彩设施最快二○一○年才投入服务；澳门目标客户与其他地区不同，澳洲和马来西亚娱乐城主要依赖本地客。 |
