根据《[color=#0000ff]彩票管理条例[/color]》规定，彩票兑奖期限为自开奖之日起的60个自然日内。由于这注中了千万大奖的彩票开奖时间是4月12日，因此其兑奖的最后有效期限恰恰是昨天。
