Dubo团伙抽头获利 20涉案人员昨日受审

专人放风、专人护赌、专人捧场助兴……一个分工明确、组织严密的Dubo团伙，昨日上午在县法院开庭审理。被告人张某、余某、许某、朱某、戴某等20人接受了审判。此案为我县迄今为止查获的规模最大、人数最多的流窜Dubo犯罪团伙。
- {; |" K8 \; r" O* r' f& V 该团伙主要由台州天台籍、仙居籍成员组成，他们长期在我省的宁波、慈溪、绍兴及临近省份上海、江西等地流窜Dubo，平均年龄为30至40岁。其中有个体经商的，也有无业的，但他们衣着光鲜，进出都是中高档轿车，并多次参与聚众Dubo，最多一次达150多人。该Dubo团伙分工明确，由五六人设立股份，然后从抽头获利的资金中，按每个股东的股份从10%到40%不等所得。在Dubo场所内，安排20至30名放资人员提供赌资，每次Dubo时，还专门招募人员，对DC进行放风、护赌、捧场助兴，以及为赌徒提供吃住行一条龙服务的人员。/ W: T8 x7 |& @& ]) l
县检察院指控，2010年11月期间，张某、余某、朱某、庞某等人为非法获利，组成股份并分工组织、召集天台籍放资人员金某、袁某等100余名参赌人员，在兰亭某山庄、镜湖新区某饭庄等地，以“天台32张纸牌九”的形式聚众Dubo，从中抽头获利36万余元。
