2010年12月10日晚上10时，湖南江永县公安局上江圩派出所通过摸排，重拳出击，在松柏乡大同村礼堂捣毁一聚众Dubo窝点，当场抓获涉赌人员37名，收缴赌资6万余元，扣押涉赌车辆5辆，狠狠打击Dubo歪风邪气，有力净化了江永的社会风气。3 f& m9 ~) P& g6 ~: m

12月7日，江永县公安局接到群众举报，最近松柏乡大同村有人聚众Dubo，人员众多，而且赌资巨大，当地群众反响十分强烈。接到线索后，为了尽快打掉这个地下Dubo窝点，铲除危害社会的“毒瘤”，江永县ZF党组成员、公安局长刘建能高度重视，及时从上江圩派出所抽调精干警力进行侦查。经过两天的秘密调查，侦查员发现在大同村黄某家中及村礼堂里，每天聚集30余名参赌人员以“划龙船”的形式Dubo，且参赌人员均专车接送。通过侦查，上江圩派出所所长周维斌立即带领民警对大同村礼堂及黄某家附近进行了实地勘察，上江圩派出所制定周密、具体的行动计划。+ G$ u' e. J( c. I* t8 ^( j( H- V* @

12月10日9时，抓捕时机成熟，按照行动计划，上江圩派出所民警提前化装秘密潜入大同村，并在Dubo现场周围进行布控，对整个行动各个环节进行详细周密安排。10时左右，民警按照当时现场情况进行具体分工，立即控制在外涉嫌“放风”人员，其他民警火速奔赴聚赌礼堂，一举成功捣毁正在该礼堂以扑克牌“划龙船”方式进行Dubo的窝点，在外接到指令的黄甲岭派出所民警和治安巡逻队30多名队员也及时赶到，37名参赌人员无一漏网，当场收缴赌资6万多元，扣押涉赌车辆5台。) ^+ H6 R+ m/ m' l
) i4 k) c6 R0 {$ q9 J+ @ 经审讯，松柏乡西栎尾村何某等人自今年12月5日以来，在大同村村民黄某家中及村礼堂里每天召集30余名参赌人员以“划龙船”的形式进行聚众Dubo，他们从每盘赌注中抽取100-200元金额的水利，共获取非法所得5万余元。 |
