近日，上海市福彩中心发出公告寻找双色球千万大奖得主，这位“失主”是于4月12日以10元中得双色球1000万元头奖，但超过一个月仍无任何音讯，若他未能在6月10日前办理兑奖手续，那么这1000万元头奖便会成为弃奖，奖金将滚入福彩公益金。# R: Q# V5 d/ P& c. S& G

2011年4月12日天朝福利彩票双色球第11041期开奖，中奖号码为：红球“04、10、12、13、30、32”；蓝球“13”。一等奖全国仅中出3注，在“523”派彩措施的利好下，单注奖金达到1000万元，分别被北京、上海和江西三地彩民摘得。随后，北京、江西的中奖得主相继现身兑奖，只有上海的1注1000万元迟迟未被领走。

" o+ D, y+ I1 w% f据上海市福彩中心检索，这注1000万元的中奖彩票是一张10元自选单式票，由嘉定区封周路14号第311401810101号投注站售出。根据《彩票管理条例》规定，彩票中奖者应当自开奖之日起60个自然日内，持中奖彩票到指定的地点兑奖。也就是说，这注大奖的截止兑奖日为6月10日，目前剩下不足一个月。上海市福彩中心提醒所有中奖彩民勿忘核对已有彩票，尽早兑领奖金。3 h4 v \& o8 ^$ D8 h* u
