澳门教育暨青年局的教育委员会及青年事务委员会继去年12月“澳门博彩业发展与青少年成长”座谈会后，14日在委员会主席社会文化司司长崔世安主持下再次召开会议。会上，当局表示，争取将提高进入娱乐城年龄至21岁的法案于今年出台，以及澳门青年问题Dubo形成研究初稿已完成，修订后将对外公布。

据澳门《市民日报》报道，教青局新闻发言人陆丽娟称，是次座谈会的目的主要就博彩业的发展对青少年成长可能引致的影响进行探讨，进一步寻求一些可行的策略方案，及让各成员与澳门有关部门及机构交流经验。9 K2 ?/ A/ T% a/ n% |% J4 L

她又提及，博监局代表亦表示愿意作出配合及跟进青少年问题Dubo，并争取将提高进入娱乐城年龄至21岁的法案于今年出台。

% D! P8 b9 ]* }! \) a- H% Z) | 陆丽娟表示，各委员认为，并非所有青少年问题都是由Dubo引起，家庭与社会同样为重要因素，多方影响青少年的价值观、理财观以至人生规划，故委员建议当局开展更深层、多元化、针对性研究，以便日后制订更有效的应对策略。

陆丽娟续称，虽然暂未有学生涉及问题Dubo的数字，但曾在04年委托澳门大学进行第一阶段的澳门青年参与博彩活动调查，并以数据为基础开展第二阶段澳门青年问题Dubo形成研究，探讨形成原因、特质及家人社会影响等，从而提出预防措施，现时有关报告初稿已完成，待最后修订便会向外公布。
