2 o8 q9 p; k$ ^# _& Q5 j! ~3 s黄光裕参赌时从来不带现金，只凭自己的富豪信誉，就能在赌桌上拿到数千万元筹码下注，输赢记账。刚开始时，黄光裕的信用额度是6000万港元，后来提升至三四个亿。如果黄光裕的信用额度用完，就由他的DC代理人、国美电器执行董事伍建华出面，以伍的名义写下欠条。DC的人都知道，伍建华代表黄光裕。

2004年，国美电器借壳上市后，黄光裕将上市公司的日常管理事务交由杜鹃打理，而自己则热衷于国美在内地业务的拓展，以及在香港炒作期货和在澳门Dubo等活动。几年来，黄光裕无数次流连于澳门DC贵宾厅的百家乐赌桌旁，曾一次就输掉过亿港币，他累计输钱则超过了10亿港币。

根据DC规定，赌债有两个月的豁免时间。通常情况下，黄光裕用他在香港减持国美电器股份套现的资金还债，但有时DC方面催要得急，伍建华会将此情况汇报黄光裕，黄就指令从内地公司划款到伍建华提供的账户。而这些账户，就是连超外甥女郑晓微和其夫在深圳经营的地下钱庄，本案非法换汇事实正与此相关。- t! O! u. f3 v) s6 k; F: U

跨境钱庄在内地接收人民币，在香港将港币资金打到指定账户，全过程资金不发生实际转移，地下钱庄从中收取手续费。

检方指控，黄光裕于2007年9月至11月间，通过郑晓微等人私自兑购港币。而黄光裕称，他只是把钱打到伍建华提供的银行账号而已，并不知道这是地下钱庄的账号，伍建华从来没告诉他地下钱庄的事 |
