微软雅虎谷歌宣传网络Dubo 遭美司法部重罚

美国司法部星期三表示，微软公司、谷歌公司和雅虎公司已经同意支付3,150万美元来了结关于三家公司推动互联网Dubo的诉讼。- ?0 |2 p1 O% R: ]
+ Z. A+ M0 W$ k, q; D# e 根据相关指控，自1997年至2007年，三家公司分别从在线Dubo公司那里收受资金来为非法Dubo进行广告宣传。美国密苏里州圣路易斯联邦检察官凯瑟琳·哈纳威宣布了这次的裁决。这名检察早在今年初还起诉了在线Dubo公司BETonSPORTS Plc。哈纳威在一份声明中表示：“最近几年来，我们从非法Dubo行为的幕后操纵者那里收缴的罚金总数已经超过了4,000万美元。”

据美国司法部透露，根据这次的裁决，微软公司交替地向美国ZF支付450万美元罚金，同时还要向国际失踪儿童与被拐卖儿童中心支付750万美元，另外还要支付900万美元来进行公益广告宣传；雅虎公司则需要向美国ZF支付300万美元罚金，另外提供450万美元来进行公益广告宣传；谷歌公司支付的总额则是300万美元。( q$ c! x( j) L5 e

在2006年10月，美国ZF就宣布信用卡公司接受在Dubo支付为非法行为，同时还关闭了外国公司的类似业务。美国ZF近年来加大了对互联网Dubo的打击力度。这次三家公司遭处罚也是其中一部分。
