一企业员工沉沦Dubo 侵吞16.8万货款还赌资被查

人民网·天津视窗11月16日电：昨日（15日）上午，天津市红桥区法院开庭审理一起职务侵占案。一名企业员工经常与同事在单位玩牌，进而沉沦Dubo；私改货单并截留客户货款，用于翻本和还债，后被单位查获。

5 g" J3 ?) j+ ?& B( ^: l 被告人宋某系某化工建材公司业务员，负责开拓市场、推销建材，为客户运货并代收货款。2009年，宋某发现几个同事在单位玩牌遂加入其中。牌友们大多是跑业务的，输了钱就互相拆借，或者用刚收的货款来抵偿，赢了钱再填回去。宋某输了钱，就在货单上私自填入不实的客户名称、货款数额等信息，从此陷入拆东墙补西墙的恶性循环。

' K* ~, p; k$ M4 Z; d" I# l9 z 公司对账目进行彻查，发现宋某涉及的账目中竟有十几万元的“大窟窿”。宋某称无力偿还，公司只好报案。宋某于今年5月被警方抓获。3 p. @4 d2 C6 k6 B
% {3 }& x& K& t1 t 公诉机关指控，经查，2010年3月至5月间，宋某分多次将从客户处结回的货款共计16.6万余元截留并据为己有。另查，2009年其以同样手段侵吞货款2000余元，全部用于Dubo和偿还赌债，至今未退还。核其行为应当以职务侵占罪追究刑事责任，请法院考虑其认罪态度较好等量刑情节，依法判处。6 @1 b' ]' c2 Y# l9 Y4 D
