福建省“福彩杯”摄影大赛作品评选结束

为了宣传福建省福利彩票22年来取得的辉煌成就，树立福利彩票的公益形象，使全社会更多地了解和支持福利彩票，促进福建省社会福利和社会公益事业可持续发展，福建省福利彩票发行中心、福建省福利彩票协会、福建省民俗摄影协会共同举办了“福彩杯”摄影大赛。从今年4月发出征稿启事至今，整个赛事经历了半年时间，大赛共收到来稿1092幅。# { k2 ^1 E" v- T# J* G
9 Z i( q/ f5 Q" [5 c- @; C: F$ o 日前，由福建省摄影家协会主席张宇、福建省民俗摄影协会会长黄以注、副会长蔡治建以及福建省福彩中心有关领导组成了一个5人评委团，遵照“公正、公平、公开”的原则对这一千多幅作品进行了认真评选。评选分三轮进行，第一轮选出200张作品，第二轮从200张里选出入围作品，第三轮评出各奖项作品。

% z. G: s; k: f' `4 i9 l7 Z* t8 b 此次参赛的摄影作品从各个角度展示了福利彩票给弱势群体带去的种种实惠和帮助，反映了福建省福利彩票公益金在服务社会福利方面所做的贡献，尤其是在“扶老、助残、救孤、济困、赈灾”和优抚、社区建设等方面所取得的重大成效。
9 ~' n N4 Y4 E( |: R- t/ z 福建省摄影家协会主席张宇在评选过程中接受采访时说，这次大赛以爱心为主题，体现的是福建省福利彩票公益金的使用情况，这种做法非常好。他说，对于摄影家、摄影爱好者来说，这是比较偏的题材，但是征集来的一千多幅参赛作品的质量都很不错，涉及的面也比较广，内容丰富多彩，让他感觉很意外，也很感动，因为我们的摄影家、摄影爱好者们，已经关注到了这方面的创作。

据了解，福建省“福彩杯”摄影大赛最终产生了一等奖1名、二等奖2名、三等奖3名、优秀奖10名、入选奖80名。各奖项将获得相应的奖金和证书，获奖名单及优秀作品还将陆续在福彩的相关媒体公布，颁奖典礼也将在近期举行。 |
