新加坡DB业有望在后年赶超拉斯维加斯

在未来两年，新加坡新兴的DB业将对美国拉斯维加斯构成挑战，原因是亚洲赌客更偏爱建得更晚、离家更近的新加坡DC。
( i8 s/ m: I: k7 n. j据《华尔街日报》网络版消息，在新加坡两大DC之一、云顶新加坡（Genting Singapore）旗下的的圣淘沙名胜世界（Resorts World Sentosa）公布高于预期的二季度业绩后，预测人士已经打算提高他们对整个DB业的预期。
; B, [" ~) D' J; ?, \* f. C! r( f财报显示，圣淘沙名胜世界二季度录得利润8.608亿新加坡元（约合6.33亿美元）。分析人士估计，DB业务占总利润的比例应在70%至90%间。
p6 X5 ?- [ ^, Y因ZF希望使收入来源多样化，今年早些时候，新加坡向赌客开放了两处博彩度假村。圣淘沙的业绩高于市场预期，虽然现在就下定论为时尚早，但在两大DC还未完全开放的情况下，新加坡博彩市场展现了惊人的潜力。$ \; a4 e3 L) K5 ]4 l
今年2月中旬，云顶新加坡在其综合度假村内开放了总投资44亿美元的圣淘沙名胜世界，随后在4月下旬，竞争对手拉斯维加斯金沙集团股份有限公司（Las Vegas Sands Corp）斥资55亿美元的滨海湾金沙度假村（Marina Bay Sands resort）也宣告开业。

内华达大学拉斯维加斯分校新加坡校区负责人纳泽雷库（Andy Nazarechuk）表示：“这只不过是证明了只要你把DC建好，客源就会过来。而在新加坡，他们建了两座名符其实的DC。”

8 Z, K/ h5 X; M( M3 ]总部位于拉斯维加斯的博彩业咨询公司Galaviz & Company对新加坡博彩业的利润预测较为保守，认为2011年实际利润仅为35亿美元，而预计拉斯维加斯的利润将达58亿美元，略高于51亿美元的2010年预期利润。
% @# x7 o% |& i) R- |5 v但投资界一些人的看法是，到2012年时，新加坡博彩市场的规模将接近Galaviz公司对拉斯维加斯的预测。拉斯维加斯博彩业收入约占内华达州博彩业收入的一半。7 q6 ^0 _9 Q" ?7 g& P9 b/ a
法国里昂证券（CLSA）的费舍尔（Aaron Fischer）则更为乐观，按照他的预计，2011年新加坡两大DC的博彩收入将达51亿美元，远超他此前预测的39亿美元。高盛（Goldman Sachs）也预计，2011年新加坡DB业的收入将达到50亿美元。

2006年，澳门DB收入超过拉斯维加斯，问鼎世界博彩业霸主。里昂证券预测，以利润来衡量，拉斯维加斯似乎已经无法抗衡澳门。但就新加坡而言，博彩行业还存在政策风险。费舍尔指出，ZF在未来可能会觉得DB市场过于庞大，大量社会问题将会涌现，这时博彩业将迎来重大的政策考验。 |
