[tr][td]市民罗师傅到一家福彩店买彩票，未付款，就刮开了中奖区。没想到，竟然中了5000元！但福彩店店员一把夺过彩票说：“你还没出钱买彩票呢，不算。”随后两人发生争执。因为彩票在对方手里，罗师傅最后让了一步：拿走4000元，留下1000元。

罗师傅说，前天中午，他到海曙区君子街17号的福彩店购买刮刮乐。他上班的布店也在君子街上，离这家福彩店约20米，所以和店员有些面熟。“多数时候是先付10元钱买彩票，再刮的。偶尔也有拿彩票刮奖后再给钱的情况。反正不中的时候居多，也没有谁会赖这10元钱。”罗师傅回忆道，当时，他先拿了彩票刮奖，把中奖区的数字和墙上的中奖号码一比对，中奖了，5000元！他兴奋得当场叫出声来。店里的其他人都围了过来，纷纷向他祝贺。 6 \% R. g) ^/ S* N, ?
