近段时间，尽管姚明的“热度”有所退减，但是与姚明有关的域名却“越炒越热”。3 W# X" G# ?: E7 Y3 t' k ^

昨日，《每日经济新闻》记者在域名交易网站“金名网”上看到，“yaoming.com.cn”,“yaoming.cn”等与姚明有关的多个域名正在出售，有持有者甚至叫价百万元。

姚明相关域名曾在2006年~2007年被疯炒，时隔4年，姚明相关域名又重现江湖。有域名爱好者爆料，“yaoming.cn”、“yaoming.com.cn”、“yaomingsoft.com.cn”等域名正在竞拍出售。竞拍记录显示，“yaoming.cn”、“yaoming.com.cn”最受关注。

记者在“国家网络目录数据库”查询发现，“yaoming.cn”的持有者为浙江商人吴伯为，资料显示其域名注册于2006年4月，2013年4月到期。

昨日（9月7日），吴伯为表示，“yaoming.cn”域名“至少要100万元”。“姚明现在才30岁左右，他和他的团队不可能放弃如此重要的商业品牌”。

同时，“yaoming.com.cn”域名网站显示，“该域名只为有经济实力和战略眼光的企业或个人保留”。该网站注册者韩龙表示，该域名正在出售，价格约为10万。“姚明虽然退役，但影响力还在，域名价值会将凸显。”

# Z0 u( m- C" n4 h/ q- B一名专注于域名的经纪人表示，在域名交易行业，10万元以上的价格已经非常贵，很少有超过10万元的。不过，拍卖进程显示，近日围观“yaoming.cn”、“yaoming.com.cn”的人数多达四五百，但真正参与报价的并不多。

泰和泰律师事务所律师黄春海昨日表示，转让上述域名可能存在法律问题。如果姚明团队在 上 述 域 名 之 前 注 册 了“yaoming”商标，就存在着域名权和商标权的冲突。同时，如果姚明相关域名应用在商业领域，并且使用姚明相关肖像，就存在不正当竞争的问题，因此，购买者需要注意风险。
