北京侦破彩票预测诈骗案 15嫌疑人落网涉案百万

[align=left][font=宋体][size=14px]中广网北京7月20日消息（记者纪乐乐 实习记者崔文辉）近日，北京西城警方成功打掉了我市一个彩票预测诈骗团伙，15名参与诈骗的犯罪嫌疑人也被刑事拘留，初步核查涉案金额高达200余万元。

9 y& o. U( ^2 N" I3 s! u 据了解，今年5月份，余师傅接到陌生来电，一名男子向他推荐彩票预测服务，称只要缴纳580元的服务费，就能收到公司推荐的一组彩票号码，只要按照号码投注保证余师傅能中奖。但是公司为了规避风险，需要他先交3000元保证金，如不中奖就将服务费和押金全额退还。开奖后他并未中奖，余师傅要求退款，公司接线员却向他推荐起“高额倍投”项目，称保证能给中奖。他又交了2300元的服务费和3000元保证金。后来余师傅发现该公司推荐的几组号码又都没有中奖。他才意识到自己可能是上当受骗，立即向警方报案。

西城分局刑侦支队电信队侦查员迅速展开调查工作，侦查员发现，该犯罪团伙今年1月至6月先后在网上发布招聘启示，大量招收电话销售、业务精英、网络技术人员。并由此掌握该犯罪团伙在本市昌平区天通苑龙德紫金大厦、天通苑北方明珠某号楼等2处作案窝点确切地址。全面掌握该团伙拥有10余名成员，2部作案车辆，以及4处作案窝点情况。

+ ~' F& k$ n5 E- h( |) O" R5 s 7月15日下午，刑侦支队调集40余名警力，在昌平区天通苑打掉该团伙4个作案窝点，抓获阮某等16名犯罪嫌疑人。收缴赃款5万余元，奔驰牌、荣威牌轿车、福田面包车各1辆等3部赃车，以及电脑20余台，台式电话50余部，手机30余部等大批作案物品。1 w7 `9 T' l; I! B

目前，西城警方已将15名嫌疑人（其中晁某因哺乳期取保候审）刑事拘留，后续审查及余犯抓捕工作正在进一步进行中。警方提醒市民，彩票预测交费属诈骗行为，市民切勿上当受骗。& Y5 X* M# W9 M T6 y
