2010年10月8日14时55分，陈桂霞微笑着对面前的一个彩民说了句“祝您好运”，之后站起来活动了一下。这是多么平常的一天啊，她想。虽然这是一个令人难以忘记的一天。 V7 y' O3 B& h( V" E3 t3 c
一年前的这个时候，安阳市41050075号彩站站主陈桂霞被媒体包围——一张从这里售出的彩票击中双色球2009118期88注头奖，高达3.59亿元的奖金让中奖者成为天朝彩票史上最幸运彩民。5 }+ k4 ^ R' s$ x. m% H' P* o
化名为安先生的中奖者再没有出现，媒体只好将陈桂霞和她的彩站包围起来。在接受了50多家媒体的采访后，在迎来无数“观光”、“膜拜”的彩民之后，在那天过去了一整年后，陈桂霞再次接受《公益时报》记者专访，微笑依旧，但却也有些烦恼，想要一吐为快。2 @' K+ \5 y: V! G( y' ^7 A
业内人士说，“3.59亿”是一道考题，给所有人的考题。“在过去的一年里，我们的得分在不断上升。这种进步弥足珍贵，提醒着我们要继续努力提高。”
. [* \6 U0 X2 M 相关机构工作人员说，他们在规定允许的范围内，做出了最大努力，问心无愧。“当然，这件事过去之后，我们认为公众对我国公益彩票的理解，依然有一些偏差，我们的宣传工作仍有许多需要加强的地方。”

刚开始，很多人问这事是不是真的？他是谁？现在大家不问这个了，问的都是我，问我拿了多少封口费？有人还有模有样地说我拿了100万。
2 d+ q6 j6 O0 I2 P, \2 _& g- P 2010年10月8日晚，陈桂霞告诉记者，这一天过的很平静，虽然有几个彩民可以提起了一年前的那一天，但她也只是笑了笑，并没想过要用什么特别的方式纪念一下。0 v6 G& y" d+ L- ~7 M: K& w; s- E
但这一年过的一直都不平静，甚至到现在，也还会有人怀着激动的心情从远方赶来。“可能全国各地的都人来过了，你能想到的人任何地方的人，都来过。还有不少外国人。”陈桂霞说有时自己在外办事，就会接到销售员打来的电话，告诉她有人在彩站里等她，希望能和她握手合影。彩站方圆几里的人们没有不认识陈桂霞的。“名人”陈桂霞即使在较远的商场购物，也会被人认出并遭遇“围观”。5 d: i. G8 {. z6 \
“过去大家问的最多的是3.59亿元是不是真的？究竟是谁中了这个大奖？结果现在大家问的最多的成了我究竟拿了多少钱？”陈桂霞说这个问题真叫人哭笑不得。她无数遍地告诉问话的人，省级和市级机构总共给了8000元的奖励，之外就是帮助彩站做了一次装修。
' O# H! J2 J: P, Q 但不少人缠着要她请客，因为她“据说拿了100万元的提成”，还有人猜测她一定拿了中奖者给的“封口费”。“说什么的都有，我搬出规定给他们解释，他们也不相信。总认为我一定是拿了不少钱。”陈桂霞说事实上，在去年冬天房东涨了彩站的租金后，她还为钱的事情发愁呢。“我也希望自己真的能拿到更多的钱，但是真的没有啊。”她苦笑着说。 |
