明天开始，广州彩民买双色球，就有机会免费游东北！记者昨日从广州市福利彩票发行中心获悉，为回报广大彩民，扩大福彩双色球的影响力，将从3月16日起开展“福彩双色球与您东北游”活动，彩民只需购买双色球单票满64元或以上即可参与抽奖，从中抽出的100名幸运儿可获得免费东北双飞六日游。; P! p$ I) f& `3 Z |

2011年，广州市福利彩票双色球销量节节攀升，筹集了大量的公益金，为广州福利和公益事业作出了巨大的贡献。为此，广州市福彩中心决定开展活动回馈彩民。
% L2 s" P; b4 \2 X% X 据活动规定，凡在2012年3月16日（第12031期双色球）至5月15日（第12056期双色球）活动期间内，在广州市辖属各福利彩票投注站购买双色球单张彩票64元以上（含64元）的彩民，均有机会参加由广州市福彩中心组织的“福彩双色球与您东北游”双飞六日游抽奖活动。* s4 O! ]# N1 H9 I0 n% A
参加活动的彩民，必须在彩票背面完整准确注明姓名、身份证号码以及联系电话，将彩票交至广州市辖属福彩投注站点或者广州市福利彩票发行中心，也可以通过邮寄方式寄至广州市福利彩票发行中心（地址：广州市越秀区西湖路99号17楼，邮政编码为510030）。若彩票中5000元及以下小奖先在投注站兑付后以彩票原件参与活动，若中5000元以上大奖则到广州市福利彩票发行中心兑奖后以彩票复印件参与。

分三批进行公开抽奖; D! m/ G1 C. T5 b" S
此次抽奖分三批进行，第一、第二批各抽出25人，第三批抽出50人。第一批回收彩票时间截止到4月3日，抽奖时间定于4月6日；第二批回收彩票时间截止到4月17日，抽奖时间定于4月20日；第三批回收彩票时间截止到5月21日，抽奖时间定于5月24日。
' A. y' C& v) h0 G G$ Y 被抽中的幸运彩民于4月中旬至5月下旬分批出游，彩民参与者年龄在18－65岁，身体健康，符合旅行社有关出团条件。如在抽奖时有姓名和身份证号码均相同而被重复抽中的，则只计算一个名额，其余作废。+ c, b9 r. C2 a% i4 J1 W
为保证此次活动公开公正，抽奖全过程将在广州市公证处的监督下，邀请部分媒体和彩民参与，抽奖活动之后，广州市福彩中心将在媒体对外公布中奖名单，并由市福彩中心专人负责电话通知中奖者，中奖者在中奖名单公布后3天内凭本人有效身份证到市福彩中心确认中奖资格。中奖者本人如因特殊情况不能参加市中心安排的旅游项目，其中奖资格可以转让一次，并须在中奖资格确认期限内双方到市中心进行登记确认。6 h5 y' W3 @; f

“东北游”参与五步曲

第二步：彩票对奖后（如中5000元或以下小奖在投注站兑付，中5000元以上大奖到市福彩中心兑奖后参与），在彩票背面写上姓名、身份证号码以及联系电话，送交投注站或市福彩中心。
0 h! u+ J" N0 y+ `7 K; G 第三步：市福彩中心公开抽奖，留意媒体公布名单或福彩中心通知电话。
