PKR和PokerStrategycom的老板都预测说，欧洲的运营商都应该做好准备在规范后的美国扑克市场上线，来同一直无视美国在线博彩禁令接受美国玩家投注的运营商例如，Full Tilt和PokerStars来竞争。两家公司的首席执行官在上周伦敦的EGR展会上，回答“Any Questions”这个环节的问题时表示。
: l2 A% q& Y7 B% w i6 ? Dominik Kofert，非美国扑克合营尚及社区网站PokerStrategecom的首席执行官说：“Full Tilt扑克的股东和执行者仍旧对美国玩家开放其游戏，他们并没有像行业内普遍认为，会受到美国方面的打击或者制裁。他们的支付渠道却是被动结果，但是实际上美国并没有对向美国公民开放的博采运营商采取太多强硬的措施。或许其他运营商也完全没有必要在这一点上再有那么多的担心了。”
) w% |% r& b6 h& y( | PKR的首席执行官Malcolm Graham也同意，欧洲的运营上没有必要再恪守遵循美国2006年颁布的UIGEA法令了。他说：“我非常同意Kofert的说法。如果美国市场开放，我们这些之前没有进入美国的运营商心里都清楚，像PokerStars和Full Tilt这样的公司会受到谴责或者被逐出市场，他们最多只需要支付一点罚金，然后照样运作。只要能够有一个公平的竞争环境，PKR非常乐意加入到这个市场与之竞争。”
