0 N3 _. ~; U8 d1 ~0 J罗师傅说，前天中午，他到海曙区君子街17号的福彩店购买刮刮乐。他上班的布店也在君子街上，离这家福彩店约20米，所以和店员有些面熟。“多数时候是先付10元钱买彩票，再刮的。偶尔也有拿彩票刮奖后再给钱的情况。反正不中的时候居多，也没有谁会赖这10元钱。”罗师傅回忆道，当时，他先拿了彩票刮奖，把中奖区的数字和墙上的中奖号码一比对，中奖了，5000元！他兴奋得当场叫出声来。店里的其他人都围了过来，纷纷向他祝贺。 % Z& A1 G! U- ?7 U$ G0 f) l
