4月28日，宜宾市三届人大常委会第十七会议上，根据宜宾市市长吴光镭的提名，陈光礼被免去宜宾市人民ZF副市长职务。免职原因未予透露。（新京报2009年5月1日）2 x6 W" D' u! i \7 T& ]
& y; {# m i* @( U1 _, S 尽管官方没有公开副市长的免职理由，作为民间、媒体的猜想并不会停止，而且有些是根本不用猜想的。毕竟，关于这位副市长曾经的“豪赌”早已传开。3月下旬起，一则《天朝酒都副市长因豪放Dubo被“双规”》的帖子悄然在四川部分论坛传开；随后，四川省纪委下发了《关于宜宾市副市长陈光礼等人打麻将Dubo问题的通报》。) x- I& J' k. H; i w
. I- A+ S. O1 P# n T 从这些已经暴露的现象来看，Dubo至少是这位副市长官场命运的导火索。按照党纪第162条之规定，这位副市长可以被撤销党内职务甚至是开除党籍。如此显而易见的违纪甚至还可能违法的典型事例，完全可以称之为“问题官员”。为何在这次免职之中只字不提？不知道我们的ZF、我们的人大究竟有何难言之隐？还是想低调处理？4 A- A" i" ?% H! {2 D

为什么必须要追究这位副市长的免职理由呢？因为我们知道，免职是一个正常的程序，是另有任用，还是另有调查处理，这位副市长留下的悬念至少没有向社会公开，因为毕竟这是一位“豪赌”的副市长，是一个违纪甚至可能违法的副市长，再往深究，是不是还有什么其他的问题呢？不得而知。

天朝的问题在于，有时候把简单的问题复杂化，明明可以说清楚的，非要遮遮掩掩、躲躲闪闪，非要讳疾忌医，问题就是问题，成绩就是成绩，光明磊落、敢于动真格应该是GCD人的品格。非要遮掩的结果可能就会复杂化、扩大化，就会被民间的各种猜测、各种舆论所笼罩，最终酿成不可收拾的局面。$ b/ H; E5 a5 r& M( c% w5 z8 A2 Y
) v4 c Y5 u" X; ? 不过就是在6天前的4月24日，全国人大常委会通过了关于修改全国人大常委会议事规则的规定，在这之中，最引人注目的恐怕还是关于“免职需说明理由”的修改，这是法治的一大进步，得到了社会、群众的广泛认可。不知道最高权力机关的这一举措，能不能给地方以启发呢？何况面对的还是一位问题官员。# Z* u: q# { E# O* F0 ^
