& B8 d; h4 n/ | 据嫌疑人何盛交代，他是山西人，被同伙“光头”骗来南京偷窃。因为自己没文化又有残疾，就干脆借此过活，也曾被多次判刑。今年4月20日晚11点多，何盛等两人来到玄武区某饭店，发现仅上了玻璃门一道锁，便利用撬棍入室偷窃，偷得市价80元一瓶的白酒两瓶和200元一斤的茶叶共3.5斤。后据老板讲述，因为饭店就在派出所对面，自己才没加锁卷帘门，却没想到窃贼如此胆大。

2 [( n. x. O/ W6 q7 v 4月25日晚，何盛等人又撬锁进入市内一处彩票点，发现只有80多枚硬币，不过另一个抽屉有不少彩票。想到万一中奖也能兑钱，何盛就把彩票统统带回了窝点。一刮不得了，384张彩票竟然中了1280元，面额5元、10元、20元和50元的都有。两人先是一阵狂喜，但很快就变得沮丧。他们担心一下偷了这么多，店主已将遗失彩票报案登记，万一兑奖被发现，岂不是人财两空？可扔掉又舍不得，何盛只能将彩票藏在家中。

- e& p5 d: X6 K } 最终，警方通过现场指纹比对，将何盛抓捕归案。而根据相关法律解释，盗窃不记名、不挂失的有价票证，不论能否即时兑现，均按票面数额和案发时应得孳息等可得收益一并计算。经鉴定，何盛窃得的彩票价值共2865元。目前，下关检察院以涉嫌盗窃罪，对何盛提起公诉。[/font][/color] |
