0 h1 j( z" T; l2 N% L 《财经》杂志网站当天报道称，今年40岁的连超，为"海王星"号公海赌船的投资人之一，与内地富豪及官员关系熟稔，经常邀请他们上船"一试身手"。黄光裕即是由连超带上"海王星"号玩乐Dubo的，期间连超涉嫌协助黄光裕洗钱，并在黄事发后秘密运作黄妻杜鹃通过海上线路离境。

1 m/ I4 J) C% q6 m0 M; V 此前已有媒体报道"黄光裕豪赌成性"，虽名列富豪套现榜第一，但大笔财富在娱乐城中挥霍。据称2007年黄光裕在澳门Dubo一次就输了上亿元人民币，近年来他因Dubo总计输掉80亿，因此导致资金链断裂。

上公海赌船Dubo是不少赌客常去的地方。2002年9月，豪华邮轮"东方公主"号拍卖，引来境内外30余家媒体，因为沈阳市原市委常委、常务副市长马向东曾在这条船上一掷千万元。"东方公主"号最兴盛时，每晚从香港港口出发，到达公海后开赌，清晨再返回港口。而海王星号则长期活跃在港澳附近的公海上。2 \" b1 J: V: o; P- U$ E

据知情人士介绍，这种游荡在水上赌船的最大"好处"就是不必缴纳赌税。由于游弋在公海的邮轮上从事Dubo活动不受法律限制，也不在天朝警方的监管范围内，因此，公海赌船已被国内的嗜赌贪官们视作一个比较安全的Dubo场所。
