[font=Arial]记者了解到，1987年，宜昌市批准成立社会福利有奖募捐委员会办公室，开始在宜昌发行“社会福利有奖募捐券”，当时由于品种单一，到1994年才实现销售额1232万元。1995年，宜昌引进即开彩票“大奖组”模式，吸引广大市民参与，1995年到1999年,5年销售额达1.06亿元。2000年，电脑彩票问世并登陆宜昌后，“楚天风采”、“3D”和“双色球”等玩法也陆续与彩民见面，到2004年5年时间内，总销售额达2.15亿元，其中2004年单年度销售额超过1亿元。 [/font]5 }3 a k- l* z2 I* p" r
[font=Arial]福彩宜昌管理站主任王长江接受采访时表示在宜昌大发展是从2005年开始，“双色球”和“3D”玩法深受彩民喜欢，同时即开型刮刮乐彩票也成功上市，截至2008年12月的销售额已达13.71亿余元，平均每年的销售额都超过2亿元。而双色球玩法更是在宜昌中出15注一等奖，至少创造了14位百万富翁，并为国家筹集了超过5亿元的公益金。[/font] |
