葡京酒店娱乐场重建项目之国际建筑设计比赛第一阶段现已完成，澳门博彩股份有限公司（“澳BO”）行政总裁何鸿燊博士于特别安排的预展中检视参赛作品，同行还有澳BO董事苏树辉博士、董事兼营运总裁吴志诚先生、董事 梁安琪 女士及业务发展总裁麦辉霆先生。; n. G# i }4 `
由澳BO举办之国际建筑设计比赛于今年四月展开，六家参赛之世界级建筑公司分别来自美国、欧洲及香港。各建筑师将于八月初向评审团详细阐述其参赛作品的设计理念及方桉。评审团将由澳BO高层行政人员组成，并特别邀请了三位建筑界和历史界之资深专业人士出任评审团顾问。/ z7 m$ T6 M( `$ k G7 Z
参赛之建筑公司包括：
( b+ Y& F; G* n. d刘荣广伍振民建筑师事务所（香港）有限公司（香港）、 利安顾问有限公司（香港）、 关善明建筑师事务所有限公司（香港）、 仕文亚洲设计有限公司（美国）、 保罗．安德鲁巴黎建筑事务所（法国）、 波捷特（意大利）。

! N( V A: l6 B6 `" p) s－龙炳颐教授：香港大学建筑学系及联合国科教文组织文物资源管理教授、马锦途建筑师 (Ar. Carlos Bonina Moreno)：着名建筑师、澳门海事博物馆及澳门博物馆筹建人、霍启昌教授：着名历史学家（专门研究香港史和澳门史）、中西创新学院副院长。 b' p g. i5 j' T4 H; L4 Z
是次比赛的目的是要选出一个代表澳BO和澳门的干劲和创新特质之地标性建筑设计。此外，设计亦应讲求多用途发展、建筑成本和商业效益。 [% _9 p# R; E; H1 I/ v7 w
何博士表示：「葡京酒店于一九七零年二月开幕，招待来自世界各地之顾客。一直以来，葡京酒店是澳门的地标，象徵着澳门经济的蓬勃发展。在葡京酒店娱乐场迈向新里程之际，我感到尤其兴奋，期望重建后的项目，能令整个澳门引以为傲。」0 Q9 `6 u" Z H6 z$ ?/ }
何博士同时宣佈，第一阶段之参赛作品将于 七月三十日之开幕仪式后，即下午四时起，于澳门新葡京酒店宴会厅作公开展出。当日的开幕式将由澳门特别行政区行政长官 何厚铧先生及澳门博彩股份有限公司行政总裁 何鸿燊 博士主持。公开展览将由 七月三十一日 至 八月三日 ，开放时间为上午十时半至下午五时半。" J3 w* @7 _. F% C1 _$ l
初步评审将于 八月四日 举行，三间建筑公司将被选出进入第二阶段之比赛，从而选出最后得胜的作品。 |
