本报报（记者秦发 实习生杨舟）不到10岁的孩子，居然查出了胃病，经家长询问，孩子称将吃早餐的钱全买了“彩票”，已经一年多没吃早饭了。无奈之下，家长印制了近百张“救救孩子”的告示，张贴在了城区多所学校附近。: y$ ~/ M6 j# i* f+ ]
连续三日，本报记者暗访发现，宜昌城区有一条销售“私彩”的链条。昨日，记者随工商部门十多位执法人员一起，端掉了宜昌城区一个批发“私彩”的窝点。3 I; D1 g( | U4 e

4月1日下午4时许，在城区一所小学门口的商店旁，短短15分钟内，就有14名学生进店购买了“彩票”，除一个男孩中了5角钱外，其他的孩子都没中奖。一个买“彩票”的小学生告诉记者，他每次会花2-5元钱买 “彩票”，买彩票的钱除了过年时收的压岁钱外，一般是家长给的零花钱和当天过早的钱。8 V' u& v* O5 Y* i; H# _3 Q
“一刮开就知道有没有中奖，很刺激很好玩。”一个小学生说，上学或放学时，很多同学都去“抽奖”。
. q8 H6 v( |4 K# a( \2 K- n 采访中记者看到，好几种“抽奖玩具”就摆放在小纸箱内，这些所谓的“抽奖玩具”，印刷十分粗糙，类似即开型彩票，售价分0.5元一张和1元一张两种。- e- ?, G0 |) w9 L( a1 `+ B
在一盒装有138张“彩票”的包装盒上，记者发现印有“天朝儿童专用券”字样，而另一个包装盒上，竟印有“儿童助学基金”的字样。 |
