澳门研订DC禁足令 将加强监管博彩业

澳门立法会议员关翠杏认为，监管博彩业，不单对经济有效，更加重要的是它涉及一些社会问题。因为博彩业除了为澳门带来经济效益之外，同样也为澳门带来了负面的社会影响，ZF除了要监管博彩业的运作有没履行合约承诺，是否朝休闲、度假、会展的方向发展外，更应在推动负责任博彩方面多做考虑。9 p6 d0 }; n- f. q; u- d8 Q
谭伯源表示，按照已对外宣布的未来三年内将赌业调控在5500张内的目标外，将调控博彩业发展规模，加快健全博彩业法律法规，完善博彩业市场，促进公平、有序竞争，加强对娱乐场的监控，加强对博彩中介人监管，推动负责任博彩，研究制定有关“负责任博彩”的指引，加强防治病态Dubo和问题Dubo，尽量减低博彩业对社会的负面影响。( @* ~ S. H% Q; L" x; Y
梁安琪议员表示，庄荷持证上岗制度涉及技能基准，现时6家博企的庄荷培训测试基准不同，ZF应在博企统一测试标准后才可推行持证上岗，之前应广泛咨询业界专业人士。梁安琪认为推行负责任博彩应面向全社会，广泛推动。
